Welcome to Home Education Consultation
I have always been a visual and auditory learner. It’s not that I don’t enjoy reading, but I have observed over the years that I learn better by having a forum to ask questions. As a result of Home Educating our 5 children since 1991, I have come to realize just how much effort it takes, and how much information is needed, to accomplish the privileged task of home schooling our precious students.
I appreciate the hundreds of other families whose lives and examples have been an influence in the teaching and training that we have implemented in our own home. I have a passion for helping people and have been gifted with a large network of home school friends and resources. I have observed that there is a niche in the Home Education world for access to wise, experienced, God-fearing, veteran, home educators to glean from. I believe that Home Education is no longer for a few small fringe groups of individuals, but will continue to influence thousands of Christian families and their children for generations to come. The benefits of Home Schooling are vast.
We all live very busy and complicated lives, with more to do for our families than there are hours in a day. However, God has planted the seed in our minds and hearts to minister to Christian Home School parents and students, everywhere in the world. We believe that all Home Educators have a need to access counsel and support, and that it is not easily available in all corners of the globe!
Because of this need, God has given us a vision to create an Online Panel of geographically diverse, multi-generational, experienced Home Educators who are willing and wanting to provide online personal counsel, training, encouragement and support to our International Christian family, as well as share resources and experiences. We recognize that no one person, or family, can have all of the answers. Therefore, the purpose of our panel is to “pool” knowledge, wisdom, and experience. We believe there is richness in diversity among “like-minded” people. Our Panel constitutes over 70 years of combined experience!
